Excellent site to record your symptoms, facts about shot location, pain location notes. Problem is my Ambassador can't see the info, which is invaluable for up to the minute symptoms and med batch info which I record there each time. new phone recently the folks on the "abbvie" side never heard of this site as the cloud didnt carry it to the new phone, spoke to the "SKYRIZI" side was given the wrong site. X 2. Great app...no one can see it but me...the Ambassador should review with me!!!

No Longer Works It used to be just fine, I was happy with the app. But I got a new phone, Galaxy S10, and everytime I try to log in, it says "Network Connection Error," though of course all my other apps have no issues. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling. I did some reading online and it looks like I'm not the only person with this issue. App developers will you look into this? Miss this app. Thanks

I love this app!! With its reminder texts or emails, I'm able to set a consistent schedule for my dosing. I like the symptoms notes so I can show my doctor which days I have issues and we are able to to see patterns in Flare ups and find triggers. It is user friendly and straight forward. The only downside is when I got a new phone the info from the symptoms notes did not transfer. Hopefully this can change in the future!

Edit 09/03/21: Whatever the last update was won't let me open the app. I click on it, it goes into loading mode and then closes out completely. Not exactly useful for tracking my shots. It is user friendly and a nice app to have to keep track of injection sites, add notes, symptoms, and other vaccines/medical data to keep all in one place. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes the convenience of keeping details at their fingertips

I have been on Humira for over 2 years and this app keeps me on track with dosing injection placement and overall the timers and reminders are fantastic. I also like how you can customize the sequence of menus/prompts for you injection- great update! I also ordered my sharps container hassle free through the app! Downside is that u can order 1 per the app, any other containers you need to call to request. This app has been a great tool for me!

This is very good! I have two ideas that could make it better, at least for myself. Either solves the problem. 1st: adding an option to flip the picture in the "where you injected last time" and "where do you want to inject this time" sections. As they are, I think they're helpful for people injecting for someone else, but can be confusing for those of us injecting alone. 2nd: add the option to take a pic. This could help jog a person's memory, so they'll know where they injected last time.

I don't know what has happened, but starting months ago, the app has stopped giving reminders for the day before injections, thus leading to me missing SEVERAL injection days. I have all the notifications on, and I made sure the app never goes into deep sleep. It always gives the notifications ALL at once after I sign on to check if I need to take my injections or missed it. I don't know if there's a bug they're not seeing, but I'm hoping there's a patch fix eventually.

This app is great, but today I can't log in. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, no dice. When I open it up it just sits at the pin screen with the status dots rolling, seems to be unable to connect to the server. I called the ambassador, totally unhelpful, so now I don't know where to do my shot this morning because I cannot get the data elsewhere.
