This app took hundreds of dollars from our account because no one could help us cancel our subscription! We contacted the support for the app, and they said we didn't have a subscription to cancel, but every month, we were still being charged! Google Play also said they could not find the account, so we finally had to file a dispute through PayPal. Hopefully, we will no longer be paying money to this app, and we are hopeful to get at least a few months' reimbursement at this point.

I signed up for a premium subscription. It worked fine for three days the 17th, 18th, and 19th. Today my kids logged on and it was switched to free. Reached out to support and was basically told it wasn't their problem reach out to Google Play or pay again. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Update to reply: Thank you for the explanation. However, ad free purchase should be available for choice. If we can deal with the child friendly ads on the website, than we can deal with them on the app. It should be a choice to purchase something. Not forced. The app is bad. When you play on a computer, you don't need a subscription to play any games. The app requires you to buy a subscription in order to play games.

it was very slow and it just did not work out,one star.

first of all, it wont even let you subscribe. then the game was perfectly fine on the website. so i downloaded the app,, and I had to pay to play one of my favorite games. at first that game was free. than, you get these annoying noisy ads. plus,, its so expensive. so I tried that same game on the site, and still had to pay for the game. than other people just give this a one star, and you go "oh yeah, email us and we fix" but never fixes it. i wish there was a 0 star cause i would love that...

It's a genuine problem the app will hang with spinning wheel as many had reported. The solution provided by ABCya is to forcibly restart the tablet. That solution will work for only sometime before you are back to square one. It appears the app consumes lot of memory/RAM. It didn't work on mine with 16GB. Unless you have a better RAM option you may want to give a deep thought about it. Bottom line: Won't work on Kids tablet
