Was just about working well on my Samsung s21 ultra but now with the new update I do not get any notifications (although notifications are on), when the alarm goes off I do not hear the alarm tone go off, even if I'm logged In to the app there is no sound at all!!! Also the voice notifications no longer work either!! SORT THIS OUT!

Since the last version, a PIN code is requested when you connect. I understood that the PIN code is equivalent to the personal code to activate/deactivate the alarm. But in the previous version, there was a numeric keypad that was displayed to enter the code and now it is the standard keypad as if you were typing SMS. This is contradictory because only numbers are accepted. Can you correct this?

Just bought the redmi note 13 pro plus. Have downloaded and installed the app, refuses to open. A java error is being thrown. Could the testing team check with a redmi note 13 pro plus to fix this please? This is currently keeping my from remotely connecting to my domotica. Other than that they app does what it says and was pretty solid on my old smartphone.

Since last version upgrade, it's not possible anymore to activate alarm from the app : I get error message "there are no commands available for this area". Edited : I found solution excluding one inactive zone, which was preventing alarm activation.

My alarm was activated by accident & I received no notification. When I checked Notifications on my Samsung phone, Advisor is not listed. How can I resolve this ? Play Store offers only 2 options; Open & Uninstall

Hello there, I am using android and I have forget password, my bad, but I have reinstalled the app several times even after restarting my phone and it's impossible to login back. It's not asking for a new password. Please help me. Awaiting for your answer somehow. Thank you in advance, L

After the last update it's not working anymore. After logging into the system there is an error. Error message : Argument passed in is not serializable. Parameter name: value.

Worked on my old phone. Now that i have a new one its just crashes without starting up once. Reinstalling multiple times does not work.
