The insurance has served me well. Multiple issues on a trip to Europe were reimbursed. Flight delays were dealt with promptly. The reimbursement for those just appeared in my checking account because Allyz knew about it immediately. My issue is this app itself. It doesn't function properly. I keep getting the same alerts but cannot open them.

I am not impressed. They really need to have someone help them with their UI - it seems the app was written for a computer and ported to the phone. When entering flights, you have to enter you country again and again, same with city, etc. If nothing else, they know where I live, why not at least default to my county? If if fly to Miami, I will probably return from there, sometime after I left, so why default to today's date? The list goes on. Use it so you can file a claim, that's all.

I have not been able to log into the app for a nearly a month now. I made two calls to tech support, and was told there is a known issue with logging in that they are looking into. Fixes I tried myself included deleting all app data, installing, rebooting, and reinstalling. I can log into the Allianz site and see my policies without any issues. The app seems to be broken with no fix coming.

Not impressed. Biggest issue is when I try to login, my username and password are not retrieved. I know the information was saved but the app fields for username/password are not filled. Will check back periodically but not going to be useful if I have to search out the username and password each time.

I have been using Allianz for over 10 years without a single problem. I had a small issue with a flat tire where the car rental company tried charging me $800 for a new tire, luckily, I had Allianz car rental insurance and the claim was dealt with immediately and professionally. The manager at car rental facility was not too happy that I had this insurance, but I was very happy that this claim was taken care of before I returned the car later that day. The negative reviewers most likely TROLLS!

I have a web account and can use that with no problem. My issue is with the app. I can not log in. I keep getting invalid email or password error. I see that several others are having the same issue.

Total garbage app with non-existent support. Unable to log in with known good credentials. Uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times, no go. Changed password multiple times, no go. Called CS. First time was railroaded into sending an email to their support - no response. 2nd call - "wait 10 minutes while we update your account". Didn't work either. 3rd call: "Well, the app doesn't really work all that well because it is still in development". Consider me a non-renewal, Allianz.

I would give this a negative star review if possible. When the app flipped from TravelSmart to Allyz, my credentials did not transfer, and I've not yet been able to get logged onto the new iteration, even after many tries to reset the password. Message says either the email address or pw is incorrect, however, I have screen shots showing both are entered correctly. Customer Service merely sent a regurgitation of the PW reset instructions.
