Setup works as long as you are okay with how intrusive it is. It will run in the background if you are using it or not, so when you allow camera or location access "while running the app" that's the whole time. It takes SEVERAL tries for it to open the door, which is awful when on the 15th floor and don't have time to go to the front desk for a key that works. Something is obvi wrong with the app. Agylisis doesn't care and your hotel doesn't care if they are offering this clearly broken product.

Utterly and completely useless on a Samsung Galaxy S20. Opens to a splash screen and proceeds no further. Uninstalled, reinstalled, read the reviews, and realized what a colossal waste of time it was. Developers are either completely incompetent or just didn't care. I'll get a physical key. And stay somewhere else next time I'm in Vegas.

Created the digital key without any problem, but when I went to use the key it said I had to turn on permission to use location and it linked me to my phone settings. The problem is the app doesn't tell my phone that it wants location access so it's not on the list to enable. I tried from the app-specific settings (only had nearby devices, camera, and notifications that coulenabl) and tried directly in the location settings where it lists all apps and what permission level they've been given.

Excellent execution of a hotel (key) app. The only fail is if you have a magnet on your phone (those who uses a magnet based phone holder), the app (unlock option) will not work. Otherwise, great!

App crashed immediately on launch with blank screen. Subsequent attempts to launch the app show a giant logo of the app before crashing every single time. Complete piece of garbage. I see similar complaints so I know it's not just me.

Didn't work for me. It kept asking me to take a selfie picture every time it took a selfie picture, both automatically and manually. I tried both my driver's license and my passport. It just wouldn't accept my selfie and didn't tell me why. This app is totally useless for me.

Don't waste your time. It wouldn't scan photo id and ended up having to line up for a key. Fumbling with this garbage app will end up adding more time and frustration to your check-in process.

App works fine while staying at The Venetian in Las Vegas. Selfie pic for verification took a few try to work but once everything verified, worked like a charm. App does keep running in back-ground so a forced off is needed.
