NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! constantly not registering the correct weight from scales, library disappeared and can't get back. Customer service absolutely useless. They say there is an update in 2wks like that is helping me now! Cannot connect to Samsung watch either. Really useless app! NOT AT ALL HAPPY! Hate the generic reply as I have contacted the support team on several occasions 10+ and have been continually told updates are coming...doesn't help me now when I actually need to use it!

Weights being recorded when I haven't weighed in. BMI showing as getting higher when weight is going down. I've lost 11 lbs, how is my BMI higher than when I started?! Support useless. No food tracking?! Surely that's fundamental. Update: I have been in very frequent contact with support. Nothing gets resolved at all.

I had a bit of hassle getting this to work. The watch kept dropping connection, then the scales wouldn't connect at all... I followed all instructions and I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app, but that made it worse (app kept crashing)... however, i got in touch with the support team and after a couple of emails I managed to get everything connected and working! The only thing not working is the 'messages' feature on the watch & I can't change the scales from kg to lbs.

Its ok, but it doesn't connect to any health apps. The lastest update removing all the things I actually really liked is disappointing.

This app simply stopped working. First it lost all the data, then it crashed whenever I tried to start it so I reinstalled it. When I try to create a new profile it gets stuck for a while and then says "something went wrong". This happens in two different cell phones with different android versions.

This app is clunkie, no emojis, no spell check, doesn't sync with scales and watch. Frustrating at times. You can't reply to certain messages to keep the conversation flowing. Maybe this should be like a WhatsApp platform..more user friendly. Weight loss is hard as it is.. the app doesn't need to make things any harder

Sometimes has hard time to connect to the scale. Also, after the last update all past data for muscle mass got deleted, and visceral fat is no longer available. Why...?..
