I had a terrible experience with Almatar App. After requesting a ticket cancellation, they falsely claimed it was non-refundable, despite stated policies. The airline confirmed the ticket was refundable but required agency action. Almatar's customer service is virtually non-existent; I received no response after 48 hours. They lack a valid phone line and ignore calls for help. This is the worst service I've ever encountered. Avoid this app if you value your time and money.

My friend recommended this app to me and I'm so glad he did. I always book my flights here and just recently I also tried booking hotel and everything was just fine. Easy to use and the prices are just the same if not more affordable. The installment option is also reliable.

i use tamara for payment but why its not shown on the app and instead shown in almatar app the payment and may i ask when is the next payment for the installment because i already pay the first payment. please provide answers

They provide excellent customer via WhatsApp. Although ticket price bit higher, but they offer discount codes. Overall service very good.

Its great but has a major problem , which is it waste your time in rush times , it doesn't update the empty rooms , so you keep trying to reserve from availability then the app tells you it's not available

I have tried to open a new account multiple times during a 10 hours period, and I still can't open a new account! I did not receive the SMS with the OTP. When I contacted customer service, they replied that they are updating their service. A professional app should not have more than 10 hours of new account creation downtime!!
