The App is great... for a while until you renew it. I paid for renewal on 2/20/20. The app states my subscription expired. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled it. When I reached out to the Support team, I was informed that it should automatically detect my renewal on Android devices. This did not happen (obviously), and I have not yet received a reply from Alphapod Support. Seems like I spent the $12.99 on nothing...

I loved this app for over a year, until it automatically renewed, charged me the price, and then at the first of the year, tells me my subscription ended. I logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled... nothing. and when I try to contact via the contact option, there's no address it gives to send comments to. So, I'm out the second year subscription and can't figure out how to fix it.

I loved this app but for several weeks now, I haven't been able to log in with Facebook. I've tried to input my email that I use for Facebook and hit "Forgot Password" but then it shows an error notification like I can't retrieve a password because "user signed up with Facebook". Please help or please someone advise me on how to cancel my subscription.

Used to love it... Then I paid for the second year subscription, the app updated and I can't log in again... I Paid for. Something I can't use... I Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried all the avenues to log in.. Don't know If it's a scam or what is going on...

I cannot log in having paid for a yearly subscription! I had errors last year too trying to log in and don't know how to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but to no avail. Help!?

The tech issues are awful! It never had this problem when I used it on my iPhone. Renewing the subscription is the worst. I'm incredibly disappointed

The app is not working. I'm unable to view the written devotional section. This is especially a problem because I just paid for the full subscription. Please fix the app. Thanks.

I can't log in having paid for a yearly subscription. Help please
