What an awful experience and worthless service. Validation of the documents fails for no reason and it really can be anything in their fantastic automated process. You don't get any feedback, in case you could actually solve the issue. You call them and they tell you they can't access the feedback from the automated validation, because... Why not? This is how you treat potential business. Welcome to digital business in 2023. Just like a mild episode of Black Mirror. Don't bother with them!

Problems returning the car: I couldn't return the car for 2hours due to technical issues with the app. In the meanwhile Almovens was charging me for every delayed minute. I couldn't reach their customer service and the owner of the car had to come after 2 hours of waiting & struggle in a garage during midnight. Almovens untill today still want to charge me a delay fee. Neither did I get a response via email.

The keyless system was not working well, I spent a lot of time calling amovens support many times, I couldn't return the car because of the failure of the keyless system and amovens charged me for everything. They refunded me only 2.79 euros. This company is a joke!

I was rejected from booking a car seven times in a row, most of the times with bogus answers like "busy that day sorry". More annoyingly, the car I ended up booking had the wrong address. Instead of being 300m away in the city centre, it was 7km away in the middle of nowhere outside the city. Horrible experience and a waste of time. Not using again.

The app itself works OK, would've given 4 stars if it hadn't been for the extra 30 EUR charged for delivering the car 1h later (agreed by with the car owner) As a renter you don't have much input to give in the app besides signing the contract at the beginning and the end, which makes you feel without control. I would appreciate a checkbox to mention when the owner wants it back washed so you can plan ahead in time and money. Focus on offering a great service instead of making extra money:)

Why we don't have this sort of app in the UK is beyond me! Using the app to hire someones car or get a lift is super simple and is far cheaper than renting a car from an airport, or getting public transport. Not to mention the convenience that you aren't tied to hiring a car or getting transport from just an airport.

Functionality is subpar, It glitches out. Customer support is incredibly poor, and overall, customer experience is dismal
