This app would be better if the customer could text the driver with more specific information. It would also be great if a trip could be added so that if the customer wants to pick up another person en route to the final destination the entire trip could be entered including stops on the way.

I wanted to love this but couldn't even use it no driver ever came to pick me up waited past the eta and still had no driver I'm going to try Blueline instead they seem to be more popular than capital in my city so will probably get a ride using them. Sorry can't give a positive rating for something that doesn't do what it's supposed to finding me a taxi driver kind of the point of this app

Excellent much faster than calling into the call center in Jamaica. I have not had to wait longer than 3 mins for a taxi vs almost an hour when i call it in. Anyone who takes a taxi whether it is once in a while or all the time should be using this app.

Capital Taxi are my go to cab company now. Since Covid Uber has gone down hill in Ottawa. They are cherry picking rides, openly complaint about shirt rides not making them enough money, Tip baiting, iCapital Taxi has a simple app easy to use and you can switch from credit card payment to in car payment effortlessly.

Good but should add default tip and option to use from a flagged taxi or stand, like Beck Taxi in Toronto. Revised to 3 stars, it sjould not require contacts permission. Block that manually if your OS allows.

Something fishy here...I paid with a credit card and got a receipt. Email confirmation had a higher fare and automatically added 15% . Have to chase them for the difference now.. should have stayed with Uber. .

This is how taxi apps should be, they have taken the best of the uber app and added a very easy to use interface. This app is one of the main reasons I use capital taxi.

This app is a scam. When the cab driver couldn't get his end of the app to work, I paid with a credit card...and the app still charged me $4 extra. Beware.
