I just installed this. It crashed twice; more often it has tried to launch but all I see is the window that identifies it as an "Oregon Taxi" app. than darkness, than a small Oregon Taxi icon at the top. Haven't been able to get past that. Than get an "application not responding" type of error from my phone. Doesn't work for me.

I scheduled a taxi through the app. It was scheduled for 1:05a.m. at the Amtrak Station. Everything seemed to be fine at 1:03, so I asked several of the taxi drivers who they were there for, and none of them were there for me. I checked the app again an it said cancelled. Very frustrating. I called, basically he said he knew the app has problems. I will not give this company a second chance! Could you imagine if I needed them for something more important like at the start of my trip? UNRELIABLE!

It crashes every time you close out. The location function is slow and clunky. You arent told when you already have a ride booked, so when you book one and it crashes, you dont know if its still booked or not. This app is so broken it's becoming unusable. Fix. It.

its really sad that an idea this good turns out to get 1 star from me. I actully was very happy with this app. I planned on giving 4 stars. Then they charged me 3.79 tip on my card after we tipped 5 dollars cash. what a shame you turned out to be so greedy Oregon Taxi. what a shame indeed. you lost a customer that was a 25 dollar fare per trip for less then 4 dollars.

I really wish I could give this app & company negative 5 stars.. The app is garbage all around.. They hire criminals, (though there's a background check, they seem to still have problems with driving under the influence & a couple of years ago one of the drivers burglarized a customer, no joke, look it up) I happen to know personally of a particularly bad person that they recently hired, I've warned them about this person & that they will be a problem, they don't seem care at all.. Be careful

Ice found the tracking app works arwusrely n the driver even clhas called on several occasions to update me on progress n ensure I knew they were coming. That personal touch helps. I have found sometimes the card machine does not work do I have waited. On the app m called to ensure that I get one with card capability

Nowhere in the app does it tell you how much rides are. Even after booking a ride they don't have any sort of price estimate at all. So they expect you to agree to paying for something without even knowing the cost!

Useless app. It won't let me book a ride anymore. For 3 weeks now this app has been useless. Calling the company itself is just as useless. Oregon Taxi is and always will be one of the worst around.
