Edited response: Have asked support numerous times to adjust angles of certain cameras pointing out to sea rather than the break (looking at a screen with half the sky in it is not focused on the break). I know what my breaks look like, when it is flat and not. Other cameras work well when they not having technical issues (a day of Energex issues is one in many I've seen). If messenger is not your support channel why was I getting replies up until I was completely ignored?

Very disappointed by the app capabilities, or lack thereof. This is supposed to be a premium service, but it just doesn't work. I made the mistake to pay for a yearly subscription only to find out the app wasn't working and I was bound to only access the service from my laptop as the Android app is just a load of rubbish. Been told it would get fixed but a year later nothing has changed. Best is that I got charged again yesterday for another year without my approval. Modern robbery!!!

SW WA: Swell Train Analysis: 'surf' accurate, but 'primary swell' always ~double the actual, is this the same for 'secondary and tertiary swell'? Maybe add 'surf' to 'secondary and tertiary swell' as well then? Please please please add Chromecast ability to webcams? Ability to add four to a single screen would be great as well

Decent service but massively letdown by the app. The app is clunky, ugly, unintuitive, underwhelming and as basic as it can possibly be. As a member, I would expect it to be one of those apps I would want to open all of the time to browse and analyse, even if I'm not going for a surf, but the thought of opening it just irks me. The app screams "this is the result of hiring the cheapest developer and paying them half of what they asked".

I've been paying for the app for a good two years. For some reason I can't watch any surf cams for more than 5 seconds before it crashes. I've updated the app & my phone and it still happens. Very frustrating when you're trying to watch the surf :(

You guys need to fix your long range forecast chart. You admit that it is inaccurate but it will often make the more accurate short term predictions somewhat unusable. It will often push the predictions into ridiculous levels altering the axis, making the actual prediction range extremely broad. For instance, I cannot remember the last time the sunshine coast had 12ft - 15ft. It is so inaccurate it makes the forecast not worthwhile reviewing.

The app works every couple of days. Cameras experience technical difficulties everyday even though I'll go on the website and the same ones work perfectly fine. I've subscribed to your service so i expect better from you swellnet. Please hire better app engineers if need be.

7/9/23 - Offline. Doesn't seem to work at all. 7/11/24- Update: a year later and if i click to use my precise location it just hangs and i have to force restart and anywhere I check manually says "Forcast for this location coming soon". So still unusable. For me at least.
