The app is not sending me notifications of messages from parents. Seems to be an Android specific issue because parents with Android phones are also not receiving my communication. All app settings and phone notification preferences are turned on.

App never works properly. I can not edit messages without it popping up a voice recording option. I never get notifications from the app, and it turns all my pictures upside down. When I try to put a description of the picture, I have to type it out letter by letter because it resets to the beginning of the word after every letter. I can not wait for my school to get rid of it next year. Do not use this app! Waste of time. Use Remind or ClassDojo or literally anything else.

I'm a student, and I have zero idea how to get into my account by phone, it just pops of a message for like half a second, and says something like "student accounts must use district app" ???? What's the district app?

Edit: The issue has been resolved and I was notified by our rep. App will post one time after installation. After that, it crashes as soon as an image is added. I have reinstalled numerous times. Issues still not resolved over a month later even after contacting customer support.

Impossible to set up an account. How do I search for the group I am supposed to join? Goes straight to username and password. I'm an android user.

A lot of issues for Android users. Can't get notifications and have to close app to refresh messages. Customer service chat staff is friendly and trying to help but can't find solutions.

Our school went to this and it really doesn't work well for Androids in order for me to use it I have to uninstall and reinstall the app everytime. Really frustrating when your trying to use it to communicate with parents!!!

I keep getting the error "guardian users must login with the school district app to access rooms" I have my district app. I have signed into edurooms. And I cannot even sign into Thrillshare after doing all that. I don't even know what this app does but the school is using it and this is so frustrating! I'm on a galaxy phone. Get it together! On my district app my messages are being read by the teacher on Thrillshare so why can't I even sign into this app without this error!!!?? So frustratin
