I appreciate many aspects of this app, like the user-friendly interface and the variety of products. However, their return policy is a major disappointment. I returned a product almost two months ago, and they still haven't processed my refund. Every time I contact customer support, they assure me the issue will be resolved 'soon,' but it’s unclear what they mean by that.

Recently received non-medicinal fake product. I'm using Arogga for many years. Their app or website do not have any option to submit complain. So I sent them an email with evidence photo. A customer care person call backed me and was trying to convince about the quality and authenticity of their product. With frustration I requested them to inform the issue to their higher authority to investigate. After two month I haven't heard any update. -after their reply I have contacted but no response.

Took a long time to deliver. I did not like the payment method. The app should have an option to choose. It was confusing at first. At least it should show the message that the payment method will be COD automatically if you don't pay online.

Very fast delivery with atmost supportive experience. Top notch services, they did refund within a couple of hours where i paid already. One thing is upsetting which is sometimes items are showing in stock but after placing order it shows out of stock. Anyway my daily life's all med, skincare and households items and many things come from Arogga that's why I'm happy and pleased.

The app is amazing! It has a simple interface and provides fast service. It has made all my tasks much easier and is very useful. However, there is no system to review products. Adding this feature would be a great improvement.

Absolute mess. While ordering shows express delivery and after ordering it goes to regular delivery policy. Emergency items ordered and called several time for the delivery timeframe. From 2.30 pm at day they replied product handed over to Ecourier, they will deliver by today. At 9.00 om at night they are giving the the description of 48 hours delivery policy. If emergency item to be delivered at 48 hours than why should we use this app.

No option to raise any complain from the app. If I paid in advance and received short products no way to register the complain in the app. Raider fly away very quickly as no payment issue. Very disappointed. _ Thanks for quick reply, see chaldal app, I can log complain about any individual item from my order.
