Great app, worth paying for pro to support the dev and if you find the insights useful for your training (but not necessary for full functionalityon the app). An actual method of collecting HRV rather than the random number generator provided by wearables (as long as you measure correctly - every morning upon waking works well.

Deeply regret buying. There should be a trial period. User interface is clunky, outdated, and not intuitive like some other apps. Had I had a chance to trial this i would not have purchased it.

I used to be able to get a camera reading, but no longer, it will vary my HR between 35-110 with me sitting still not moving. I used the Polar HR monitor and it says it only meAsures HR, I tried my Garmin Ant+ and it says missing dependencies, which it isn't. Tried 2 phones, pixel 7 and BV9000, make no difference, same failures on both. I wasted an hour today trying to get a reading. Avoid.

Great way to test your daily HRV and RHR. It's easy and reliable and several ways to test it if you don't have a fancy watch or extra chest strap.

I really wanted to like it, but the app is unusable on a Google Pixel 8 Pro. Not sure it's the distance between camera and flash, but the readings are always poor quality. At the price point for the app, you would wish they have a better tracking of which phones are truly compatible with the measurement.

Like it a lot but the suggestions, colour legend and desirable range disappeared from the front page two weeks back, so the app on longer gives recommendations after each day's measurement (Galaxy S7 Edge) [Edit 1/2019] Can't use Ant strap with LG G7 One but it is super easy to get an optimal reading with the phone's camera] Would like graphics to be a little more intuitive but working very smoothly. Feature request: ability to change account email.

Brilliant app, give it time to get your data and it can provide very useful insight. The developers are also incredibly friendly and enthusiastic and offer great help and support. I've just paid fkr my pro membership (about £50 for the year) which provides even more depth than on the app) but the app offers a huge amount for just £10. Well worth it if you're a keen sports person and want to see what has various effects on you. Brilliant!

Avoid, not useful or repeatable, more hassle than it's worth. I have been using this for some time, but I don't find the data repeatable or actionable. For example, I always measure in the morning immediately after waking up. I will measure once, the reading is low, and I see no reason why it should be low, so I measure again and the reading is completely different and is high. In other words the measurements are not repeatable ateast if you are using a phone camera. I regret paying for this !
