Working ok overall, but interface bit temperamental when zooming in. Eats battery life, over 90% used during night when phone not in use, and app is just in background, even with battery optimisation on. This seriously needs fixing urgently. Dark mode needed in preferences and doesn't work on android 13 or android 7.1.1. Should be made to work on all android versions. Please Urgently sort out the battery consumption issue.

Useless! Having been set up to contact my grandson. Enter the username, password and supplier, Essex, get the message incorrect login details, which were correct. What is the point?

Exactly the same as the other comment. Cannot even get into app. Same error message.

Tried to use it Xmas. Something wrong, no connection my end. Uninstalled then reinstated, but cannot remember which portal to use.
