Solution. Cell booster just would not connect. Day after day after day. After experimentation.....my cell booster runs through a tp-link wifi extender for my ATT pace router. I turned "off" DHCP or is it DCHP, whatever, anyways in under 20 seconds boom. Works. No issues. App still useless. It does not connect nor read status lights. But I can see the device. So I'll delete the app. UPDATE: Now in hardware failure. Anyone tired of paying and paying for it not to work?

This app won't allow me to have access to my own account. I have the worst signal from the att tower I'm next to. It's the only att tower in the area. I'm in line of site of the tower. But the signal is so bad for some reason. With little obstructions. I've tried to report the tower to att with no luck. I've been a paying customer for years. I want to switch but it won't do me any good with a bad tower.

Follow the instructions in the app, plug everything in and then prepare to wait an hour plus. You will receive an email when the booster is registered and then another when it is activated. I had to open a few ports on my router per the instructions on the website under troubleshooting, but it works without an issue now even right next to my router. Don't rush it, it takes a while to connect on the AT&T side.

While I initially had difficulty setting my AT&T microcell up, caused by the QR code not calling up the serial number accurately, it was missing the last digit. Once I fixed it by adding the last digit which was written on a white label on the back of the microcell, the process worked fine through the app. The registration process to a few minutes and after about 5 minutes I have to unplug my unit wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Worked well after that

Ever since installed on March 2nd it has not worked properly, it's a piece of junk. I have been trying to be patient, but my patience is running short. Whereas it is still not working after several phone calls and rebooting, restarting, disconnecting and re-registering. If it does not work soon, I will be changing provider.

App is worthless to me, as a long time att customer, though it may work for some. Only designed for att proprietary hardware boosters. My local att signal is typically -120 dbm, sometimes no connection. Wifi calls do not work as a backup. I have owned $1000 booster hardware that cannot be used with att. Most other carriers accept a broad range of signal booster brands. My advice is, if your signal is weak, avoid att.

Why do I require this app to manage the new cell booster when my old micro-cell didn't require such? Also, now with the new cell booster all of my neighbors can piggyback off my connection and drag down my home's broadband. There's no way to regulate which AT&T phones are permitted to use my cell booster. This is a scam. AT&T should subsidize my broadband bill if they expect me to provide all AT&T phones in the neighborhood with an enhanced signal.

After reading some of these reviews, I was a little concerned.For me, it set up correctly the first time. I just plugged it into an available Ethernet jack in a guest room connected the GPS antenna and waited about 30 mins. What was practically 0 bars in parts of the house are now full signals.
