It was a slight mess trying to get my phone unlocked because it's only prepaid. However I was able to get everything I needed done. The best part was it was free. However it's been several hours and it said successful but I still did not get an unlock code

Didn't work for me for free so I paid 2.99 and still did not work....... I read through other reviews and they said that they had sent back to them that it wasn't on their network well I got a message via email saying that it wasn't an e AT&T whatever the hell well if they have the IMEI and it's clean and everything else they can find out what Carrier it's on for me couldn't they you would .... Emailed a few times still haven't got a response back From them but I sure Hope this helps somebody

App appeared on my phone prompting me to make changes to my settings. I didn't install it, I don't have AT&T mobile service and do not want to change to AT&T. Not sure if this is a legit app or if someone attempted to hijack my phone.

Scam, scam, scam. Used free version, got an email but no unlock. Paid for premium, got an email, no unlock. Sent email 2 times, no response. Did not do what they promised, false advertising on the time it takes to unlock, they do not refund even if your phone is not unlocked. After going thru the reviews, they have a lot of bots putting up positive posts that are false. Worst way I've thrown money and time away.

I've been waiting week for the Premium Unlock and it's still "reprocessing". The order status states that it should have taken 1 to 2 days. If they can't deliver in the stated time period the should call it a failure and issue a refund. I wouldn't call this service reliable at all.

in the past it was a great app but now it doesn't work. it's been 4 days and I never received an update about my phones imei. The status is clean but no follow up. I also tried the premium version of $2.99 and I didn't receive an update. Only an email saying thank you for placing your order. Since then nothing.

my phone was unlocked quick and easy with the app. I have called my need cellular company T-Mobile and they were not able to help. I went to att and was told to go online. I couldn't find anything on the website so I googled unlock att iPhone. I was told to get this app. the app says it should be unlocked in 6 to 24 hours. I'll come back and update this posting when I get the code.

Samsung A12 AT&T - Prepaid Unable to Unlock. I paid and they sent me an email saying to use the device unlock app for the code! Well guess what!? I cannot download the AT&T Device Unlock App because it's not compatible with this phone (maybe because I never updated it?).
