Fare is not very acurate got fare £10.30 but i pay normaly my way £8.80-£9.30 so many taxi drivers are confused!! Better call them. When they fix problem with automated phone calls thats would be amazing! So i am not using this app for booking taxis.

First time we have used Magnum taxis & ordered it to come for 5.30am as my partner has to be in work for 5.45am as he's a delivery driver. Taxi was 14 minutes late turned up at 5.43am which meant my partner was late for work which meant he lost his run for the day as AO are strict with run times. Another AO driver had to take his run cause my partner was to late! Phoned the operating office and got a very poor customer service response. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Overcharged. Even after paying prepaid by card. Deducted extra amount from card without consent. No report of summary of bill,found additional charge details looking on bank account

costs more on card than cash, even though it should all go through the same. as I'm doing you two extra conveniences of 1, sending it straight to you so you don't have to take cash into the bank, 2nd would be I'm entering the details into the system for you. rather than going through a phone call which costs you the extra employees.

I used the app to book a cab from airport to home and selected pay in taxi option. 10 days later, when flight landed, they called me and asked to pay online via an untrusted new payment system which i never wanted to use. So they cancelled my booking and i have to arrange a taxi. Pretty useless service... Uninstalled the app. Never gonna use this app or business ever again
