My phone wasn't able to see the whole screen at once, and holding it sideways didn't help. Viewing one side or the other, only, is awkward. Also, it wasn't clear if I was paying Oct and Nov amounts at once, or just October. It was confusing and unclear. So no, I'm not happy. It wasn't what I'd call user-friendly. I hope you make the app friendlier. Thanks.

Everything is hidden in the "my account" section, you should have a big button that says pay now in the bill screen. Took me forever to find it.

Just as useless as their website. I logged into the website, but it doesn't allow me to log into the app with the same information... Additionally, can't even create a new account on the app... Please send your programming department back to school because they are absolutely useless. And don't even bother trying to call the customer service because they are just as useless and helpless. I have to receive paper billing and make one time payments because CNG too cheap to make a good app...

App is useless. Let me pay my bill one time. Now when ever the app opens and you try to click any of the tabs it just says 'oops something went wrong.' Tried to reboot app multiple times and re-downloaded. Nothing. Shouldn't have expected much from CNG

I have had zero issues with using this app. It is easy to view your current or past statements. I have found it very easy to pay my bill directly out of my checking account. WAYYYY better then calling automated payments in or send a check through snail mail.

Sucks!! Redirects you to the website when paying with a credit card!! I'm trying to avoid their website because I always block 3rd party cookies. Oh, and they require the latest browser updates to be installed. So, make sure you update your browser every month before you pay your bill, or you won't be able too. Did I mention this app Sucks?!! This is the ONLY utility company that I dread paying my bill once a month!!!!

Sucks Basically pay your bill and they also get to collect data from your cell phone. So you make a app to pay your bill but the system makes you put in your bank account again every time!!?? Don't bother go to the https

Unable to pay bills. When you choose to pay with a credit card, it says it will bring you to their website, but it tries to load "localhost" and can't load. As a note, it is also no longer possible to pay bills via the website. Seems the only way to pay ebills is to call and pay via phone
