good app, user experience poor as i use this and your online booking for car parks. if I reset a password on the app, it doesn't work for parking login and vice versa so I keep having to do this for EVERY trip. You could do with RUM (real user monitoring) via an observability platform as that would automate user experience enhancement.

Never ever receive a notification of the platform when at London Euston. The app doesn't allow you to change seats when booking tickets. Assume it's fake door marketing which is nothing but annoying and makes me want to ditch the app. And even travel using another company!

All works very well and easily. Only downside is that the preferences don't work. Always allocates me a seat sitting backwards even though it's half empty in premium so you have to change the selection each time.

Really awful, slow app. For some utterly dumb reason also, I can't book a seat whilst travelling in on the Eurostar because of my IP address being out of the UK. So that's really helpful. Thanks pointless compliance people, or whoever thought that would be a good idea. 2 stars for you.

I've been having problems picking my seat on the app since the new trains were introduced on the North Wales coast line, I'm given a seat but not able to choose my preferred seat. This is not a problem with trains traveling on the North west coast of England line through Crewe to and from London.

An issue since October 2023, still not fixed. Can't login. Works fine on website so not a problem with the credentials. Staff suggested "clearing cache and cookies" so can only assume they are not sure of difference between websites and apps?

Does not remember that I am a member of the Avanti Club or include preferences re seating &c. even when I log into my account, in fact, the only place my membership number is shown is on emails specific to Avanti club. So would be useful to tie up membership with booking and show benefits, vouchers &c to view on train journeys.

You can never purchase tickets through the app. It always gives an error, so I have to log into the actual website to purchase tickets. I can however se my purchases and live train times
