Loved the app. It was very helpful in my apartment search. It connects to a lot of online sites and brings you the info immediately. Some improvements on the verification of the ads can be done but so far so good.

The app should give the opportunity of selecting different languages, or atleast the most common ones... Just to help those who aren't French speakers. I'll probably improve my ratings when you add language change options to English.

I'm getting seriously sick of all the offers that don't correspond to my filter. I specifically asked it to NOT show me flatsharing offers and more than 50% of the offers I am getting are flatsharing, sometimes all my notifications for a whole day are only flatsharing it's unbarable

Horrible experience. Can't see an appartment that was shared by someone, even after I installed the app. Work on a way to share appartments between people, without the need to install the app and create an account.

I've been impressed by jinka, we found a great place in Paris thanks to this app. When searching for apartments, speed matters and with jinka you can go fast!

It has worked for two days then I have received notifications for new adds but no way to open it, neither from the app directly

New issue : when sorting by most recent, ads are random some are from few hours ago and some days but definitely not sorted I can't under why
