Only the Google Map functions. Can't do anything but view the Google Map. When you attempt to put in the client visit routes...it just keeps stating that there is an error and their technicians are on the case. And I see that they charge almost USD 50/monthly for a product that doesn't perform even remotely as its supposed to do...so obviously unreliable. Won't bother with this app again.

When a route stop is added from the office you have to reopen the days route and reopening the new route is near impossible, it does just update when refreshed. Constantly shuts down, freezes up, the spinning wheel of death let's you know it's server is down which is Constantly. It has a great concept but is failing horribly. Shutting down the app completely a dozen times a day. I hate it thank God my job is getting rid of it so I can too.

When I started in sales, I looked for a program that made custom account mapping simple and straight forward. Badger does just that. You can create custom account fields, import bulk account info, one touch dial for prospecting, map your routes, and input call/email/check ins in no time. It is worth every dollar. I map a route for tge day in minutes and pull it uo in the app and it will give me turn by turn directions with one touch check-ins, notes, and on to the next prospect. Amazing.

I pay for this app myself because it is so much more efficient for planning my daily calls than what my fortune 500 company offers. Customer service is always fast and helpful. I have been using for 3 years now. plus, entering data on the go is easy and the call history is fast to access when at customer location. Also, I can plan my routes in 10 minutes or less.

Been in sales for a few years now and I must say great app, definitely worth it. Actually manages to save some time and money with the route optimization. What really sets it apart is the data integration though. combining my calendar , sales reports , and client list while planning my route really helps.

I advise anyone one the $9 dollar a month plan to check their billing statements. Badger thought it would be OK to bump my monthly subscription 468% and start billing me $42 dollars a month without me agreeing to the cost hike since they sent an email two months ago that didn't require my confirmation. I found out an email was sent because they told me that on the phone in a very in a very nonchalant way, and when I told them I didn't agree to the new subscription price; they said it was in their terms of service that they could raise their price and charge me whenever they want. I enjoyed using your mapping service when it was working properly but won't do business with companies like you!!!
