The app used to have a good link to the website that was better than the app in several different ways. This version has not been reliable for me. It's better to improve instead of getting worse to use and don't seem to have accurate data. I have had to look for some things on other sources of the same type of service. Let's get it back to functioning best.

Very important information was not shown, like neither of my marriages and divorces. Felony convictions on a test subject did not show. Not worth my time let alone $20. If I were using this to be sure of anything for my safety I'd be dead. No way to get a refund with an automated call system.

It's been valuable at times, but I have a hard time restarting the service. I update my paying method and it won't work. Like others, I want to buy this, but the very mechanism to pay is faulty. This has kept me from purchasing the last several times. It drives me crazy. I even downloaded the app, which sticks on its title page. Now I'm worried that I'll have the same problem if I want to use it. I tried live chat several times, but mo one is ever there. I get transcripts of it in my email. 🫥

Doesn't work anymore! I've used this app for years and found it extremely useful. I stopped my subscription for a while and then I restarted it a few months ago. Now every time I go to use it it tells me I need a subscription. When I go to subscribe it tells me I already have a subscription . They've been taking $22 out of my account for the last 3 months. I talked to support about this. Now they want screenshots of my payments and all possible user accounts I might have. What a hassle!

This app is broken. It worked fine until last month. Now, not only does it get permanently stuck at the opening splash screen, even after reinstall, I also started getting billed $26.95 all of a sudden, after BV lowered the cost to $9.95 since I didn't need 100 background checks every month. So now I get charged $9.95 AND $26.95, and I only have one BV account. Based on my recent experience and all these recent angry reviews, there's obviously a ton going wrong with this app and this company.

Just downloaded app and the app doesn't work at all....and don't hit me with the stooopid blanket statement "we're saddened by this" fix it with the money we pay you or refund us all....like I asked in the first place but nobody got back to me

It's just ok. NEVER any divorce or marriage records. Phone # search brings up multiple owner "possibilities" it will show the most likely like "John Doe" & once selected it will give you a list of 100 "John Doe's" to sift through rather than giving you the John Doe who's phone # it is. Stupid & is little help. ** update ** Still of no help anytime theres an issue. can't run address search in app.

It's definitely not worth the subscription fee. One can find the same info, or more- for free and some good due diligence-
