Account expired because my debit card changed and I forgot to update it. Went to log in to change the payment info and when I go to the app it tells me the account is expired and to visit the website.... And when I go to the website it tells me the account is expired and to go to the app. And apparently there's no way around this nonsense.

Aside from having some issues getting video footage to load from the otoscope app, we are in love with blueberry pediatrics! I never have to go to urgent care anymore, I don't have to worry about calling our doctor office 20 times in a row to make a same day appointment when my kid is sick, or haul three kids out of the house when at least one doesn't feel well. The doctors give very thorough notes and have even followed up with us over holidays and weekends just to see how our kid is doing.

App works fine. Not happy with the doctors they have. My daughter has stomach flu, which can last 3-5 days. The blueberry doctor prescribed anti-nauseau meds only enough for only 16hrs! Ended up having to go to the ER because we ran out and she was still puking and was almost dehydrated. Do not recommend!

Love the service, but the new app goes back to the home screen after leaving for some time. This is frustrating when I switched away from the app to get videos from the otoscope, and then had to fill all the information in from the beginning. The old app didn't do this. Also, you should be able to label uploaded photos/videos for visits so that the doctor can identify them

1st off I thought this sounded like an awesome service but was skeptical because anybody could claim that they could do the things that they do. I've had this service for 2 months and I've used it six times all six times I've been blown away by the doctors' notes and can write prescriptions if needed I've already switched to the annual plan. 💯recommend

I absolutely LOVE Blueberry Pediatrics! We haven't had to take our kids to the walk-in clinic in years. The most recent call was in the middle of the night because my 4 year old woke up with an ear infection, I was able to use the smart otoscope and get images of inside her ears and they prescribed antibiotics for her which we were able to pick up first thing in the morning. Such a life saver!

It's very nice to have their services 24/7. However the free diagnostic tools they gave all stopped working with a couple of months. The thermometer always says 97.6 even after changing the batteries. The pulseoximeter doesn't even turn on anymore again after changing the batteries.

Absolutely phenomenal app! Saves you sooo much time and money by using it and not going to the regular pediatrician's office. Plus you're not exposed to every other sick child's germs while waiting to be seen! The doctors are attentive, trust the parent's instincts.. The cost is very reasonable, especially if you have multiple kids. I have nothing but great things to say about it!
