I am really disappointed in this application. I bought the players+ device which I like but the blue tees app makes it almost unusable with my pixel 8 pro phone. I'll be able to play music to the device but can't connect the app to start a round. It's playing music so why can't the app connect? The distance to the green seems to always bring me to the middle of the fairway and then to the green even though I have clear line of site to the green where I am. Entering scores is awful as well.

Downloaded this app to use with my new Player+ speaker/GPS. Right during the middle of an important 54 hole tournament the app crashed multiple times and could not be opened again all day. Had to return the device and unsubscribe from the app because if I can't depend on it then there's no use in paying a premium price for something that is free elsewhere.

I purchased the player+ over 2months ago. after multiple back and forth emails I received the information in regard to Phone app setting. I worked fine for 3-4 rounds and now I'm back to it cannot connect but will still play music. What is going on that isn't being conveyed to the users spending this money. I have multiple speakers to stick in the cart for music

Player plus Not how I thought it would work, connecting it to my Bluetooth was easy and the speaker works like it should. The problem is the gps/range finder. The range finder will stay at the same distance until I re open the app. Not sure if it's a samsung issue or just a android thing.

Didn't track me score. Would jump around from hole to hole without me clicking anything. Would change randomly from score to track yardage, I don't understand why I would need to do that in the first place. Even when I entered information it didn't save it. The times I hit save hole it still wouldn't save. The app needs a LOT of work. UI is terrible.

Update: Michael responded and made the setting changes and it worked as designed.. Great customer service, thanks Michael! Speaker is nice good sound quality. I've played probably 4 or 5 times with it now and has delayed distance loading and today after powering off and on and restarting the app 12 times, finally loaded on the speaker on hole 10. Ik its new so hopefully it can be fixed easily with an update or may be a faulty speaker

App has trouble finding the golf courses, even ones I used it on before. Has to load multiple times, through hole 8 today before finally connecting, very frustrating. When it does work it's very useful.......Micheal from Blue Tees was quick to respond and let me know they were aware and in the process of fixing the issues

Bought it as a speaker with magnet, so it sticks to the golf cart. The App as a golf GPS was just a " ok, it comes with it, so lets try it" side deal... And thats what it looked like when i first used it... crashed...got stuck...the works.. But then i thought, well, let them know...maybe its my smartphone or something small... Had a reply in my inbox immediately! Michael seemed to be a insomniac like me! We had convos day and night:-) App update! Problem absolutely solved! Thanks! Love it!
