I've used the app for a few months. Premium user. Opened it today and all my info is completely gone. Accepted my fingerprint to open like normal but nothing is there anymore. Very Disappointed! UPDATE: I have received multiple emails from Brainappsville support regarding my issue. Their explanation seems reasonable. I'm actually impressed with the level of communication.

This app is extremely useful WHEN IT WORKS. For the past week, I haven't been able to copy photos from my Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone photo Gallery to the ID Card Wallet app. Each time I try, the app crashes. I closed app and restarted phone, but problem persisted. Four days ago, I sent an email to Brainappville describing the problem, but they still haven't gotten back to me.

Ugh! I spent hours adding things to this app. Had it all wonderfully organized with mainly my husband's things. He has a lot of health issues and I thought this app would be a wonderful way to have what he may need at my fingertips. Low and behold, months after adding so much to it, we needed to use it. EVERYTHING was absolutely gone!!! Completely disappeared! I'm really disappointed and p.o.'d!!!

This is a professional app and with updates over the years it has received many new features and bug fixes, if found it was quickly fixed. This is just a card scanner app that works and works fine. I love this business card scanner app. I can easily find all of the scanned business cards. I put each card in a group. I can search for groups and quickly find the card I want. I have all of my contacts' business cards on my phone. That helps me to be more organized and efficient. Your tech support is great too. Very patient and helpful. The app user interface is very nice , category folder is editable and this what makes it more different than all other apps i checked. My problem with this app , i purchased to stop ads as its announced ( pay once , no ads life time ) i made the payment though ads did not stop !!!!

This app would be great if I could save pictures, but I can't. It has the user control of app for adding groups, etc. That is what I have been looking for, but the way it is, it's completely useless. I tried contacting the developer with no response. Fix the problem and I will give it 5 stars.

Awesome business card reader app. Really very helpfull. I can collect all my cards and save them in the phone. I can easily find them anytime, anywhere. It is ideal for scanning business cards. Very accurate. Saves you the hassle of carring a lot of cards. I appreciate the effort of developers. I use it whenever I need it.
