Worst company I have ever had to deal with. The website is IMPOSSIBLE to log-in to. So I got the app and it's still glitching. All I want to do is make a payment for benefits while out on leave and it keeps returning my payments, over and over, with no reason given, I know it's not the bank yet I cannot contact a human to resolve this, their phone options are bizarre and go to the wrong place. I need to speak to a HUMAN before my benefits are cancelled but after over a dozen tries, impossible.

Horrible app because it rarely allows me to log in without having some form of issues. It continuesly locks you out of the account.

Useless. I'm stuck in the login phase, it just sends me back to the login option after scanning the QR code and even the mobile login option does the same thing.

Can't even login. After the email verification, it asks for phone number to set up TFA (why is this even needed for a benefits app?) but you can't type anything or click next. Even when I was able to auto fill my phone number, the next button doesn't work.

Well I think that your new site is really user friendly and that means a lot to someone who doesn't really use the web or a computer very often.

bswift deleted my travelers auto and rental insurance. They said I cancelled my insurance. I never would have done this. Travelers are the best insurance. I have tried to call several places with insurance. This is not fair. I am not happy. I can't help my human resources. My insurance has not been paid since the end of October or beginning November. Travelers inform me if I don't come with over $900 by February 8 then my insurance will be canceled. I do not have this kind of money.
