I had a gift card, so my two friends and I went to watch a movie at INOX on 24/04/25, 10:15 PM show. However, instead of using the gift card, the staff made us pay in cash. During the movie, they entered the hall 3-4 times, disturbing us and insisting we make a payment. This ruined our entire experience, and both the gift card and full ticket amount went to waste. If your staff didn’t know how to process the gift card, they should’ve informed us upfront.

You r scamming people who book movie tickets from yor app or web. The payment was deducted from bank, but received a failure message on booking page stating "Yor booking failed coz payment communication was not received. u will get a refund within 5-7 days" However, at 7:18PM, received an email confirming the booking. How can I be expected to reach the multiplex on such short notice, especially when I was unaware that the booking was eventually confirmed? Still awaiting reply since 17 days.

Don't buy passport, it's a fraud they just do black out movie on week days too... Don't don't buy and waste money too... They are thief we just lost three passport subscription. Dont don't buy it

As per Inox passport policy book single movie ticket twice in a month between Monday to Thursday but last week I saw a movie once and next time book the ticket I'm not able toh book tickets thru Inox passport.If you cannot book a new movie in your passport for 14 days, then either that movie will be removed after 14 days or you waste 14 days after getting the passport and then write the validity of the passport as only 14 days.whats benifits to purchase passport

After the implementation of the new UI changes, the app's performance has significantly slowed down, making it difficult to use. Previous releases were satisfactory; however, with the latest update, all my book histories were lost. Navigating between tabs has become challenging for end users. Please address the slowness issues in the upcoming release to enhance user experience.

Pretty good. The pop corn and snacks price can be reduced, though. It seems absurd that a pop corn packet costs you more than the movie ticket. Easy navigation and booking in the app. Easy entry and good viewing. Would be better if there was no break in between the movie. Seems odd to have a half-time commercial ads break for a movie rather than watch it fully in one go.

Absolutely useless app as well as web page, both are extremely unresponsive and slow, the actual seat/ticket booking page doesn't even load and error message "something's not right" keeps popping up. Something definitely is NOT right, you're scamming people and offering pseudo "discounts" on the app that aren't even accessible. I hope inox goes out of business. Useless waste of time and money, don't bother downloading it, trust me.

Such a useless app. After updating to latest version its not working and its showing something went wrong. Even the website also not working.
