如果您不是 EE TV 客戶，但擁有 YouView 盒子*，您仍然可以使用該應用程式進行遠端錄製，並查看已錄製和預定的節目清單。

Not sure why this app is not integrated with the EE app, I never knew about for over 6 months, not even the customer service team mentioned it. Good UI hence the 5 stars, but cannot watch your recordings, even though it's link to the box, plus still get same amount of lag in the app, as the home box, and that's when you're connected on the same home network. Definitely needs improvement or I'll start to, believe in better

When Youview decided to stop the support for the mobile l was totally disappointed especially due to the remote functionality that the app offered. I know that most people purchased the box because they could set it to record a programme while they were away from home. Another reason being that you didn't need to have a contract. However, as much as I was disappointed to see the app go, l am also pleased that BT, as a good will gesture to Youview customers, allow us the use of their app. Thanks

Classic BT IT. A counterintuitive structure, inferior to the straightforward old youview app, programme links going to errors on opening & heavy-handed attempt to steer people towards paid content. No more than a sigh here though, really. They usually seem to sort these things eventually, just rarely in early iterations. Two stars as it did at least pair with the box! Hoohum. Good luck, particularly to the menu designers. 😗

When this works it is really good (despite lack of free view channels, but they can't help that), but when it goes wrong it's quite horrific (usually not the apps fault, something account wise gets screwed up). During these horrific moments the tech support email team is absolutely fantastic and can usually sort it out within a day, the help desk number however are usually mistaken with their advice or their solution.

Just doesn't work, can't watch TV on the app, it keeps telling me to tune my box to the channel I want to watch. If I was at home to do that I wouldn't need the app! The developers say the problem doesn't exist which is even more annoying. Edit: I have spoken to the developers, 2 of them so it's not correct BT saying I haven't. I have now discovered that unless you pay for premium channels the app only let's you watch BT Sport and AMC! Complete waste of time for anyone not paying for premium channels, can't even watch free to air channels on the app. In response to the BT Developer, I can't use the app to set recordings on box as your rubbish box doesn't even record. I just expect you to admit that there is no point having the app if you are on the basic TV package. In reply to the developer: I thought it was an app that would enable me to watch TV on my mobile as I am a BT customer, that is what I need. Your app does not enable me to do that even though you claimed it does, that's why I left a negative review.

The app used to work reasonably but for the past 2 months I'm greeted with 'Login Required We've updated our security - please log in to the app again to continue (GJ970). I select log in and the log in page comes up. I enter the correct username and password then press next. Nothing happens. If when Login Required appears I select cancel, then the BT TV home page opens and I can see all features. I've tried clearing cache and storage, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work

This used to be the Youview app which was good, then we got forced to change to the BT TV app, then they fiddled around with it and you now have to navigate to 3 different pages to get to TV listings, away from all the premium paid-for content. And then often it doesn't even load. Then the developer replies with some nonsense about recordings? I haven't even mentioned recordings. They need lessons in usability.

Absolute rubbish. After just transferring from a sky subscription to BT, this app is awful compared to Sky Go. You can't even watch free-to-air channels like you can on Sky Go. Only reason I switched to BT was Sky had got pricey.....suppose you get what you pay for. Will be switching back to Sky in the future. BT Pro Box is naff as well compared to Sky Q.
