Takes too long to operate, the basic needs are met, but just to complete a simple selection takes minutes instead of seconds. Operating this app is tedious and time-consuming. Especially after a long day of service work, it is the last thing I want to have to wait on. Also embarrassing slow when collecting a signature from the customer.

The worst app I have ever used! My company has been "using" this app all year. I think we have spent more time on the phone with support staff trying to get it to work than actually using the app. Constant load screens and unknown errors prevent app from working. The app is constantly deleting forums after spending 30 minutes filling them out. So many different issues that I can't list them all. I would give it -5 stars if I could. Do not waste your money on this horrible app.

BuildOps has been a game changer for our business. We were using other systems before BuildOps that didn't do the job anywhere near as well, but BuildOps has been incredible to work with. Their integrations with our GPS system, our accounting software and credit card processing service are seamless and reduce the workload on our staff through automation, as well as reducing the potential for manual errors in the back office. We love BuildOps!

Have used much more user friendly programs before...always asks for updates...glitchy...sometimes need easier ways to enter info ...just not great in my opinion

Buildops is very user friendly. Compared to housecall pro, it's a breath of fresh air!

It's incredibly buggy. In one year, I've had to uninstall and reinstall at least 10 times. One time after 4 hours of adding assets from a job it lost them all. I spent four hours re-adding. The time card reverts back to years ago every time I open it since a recent update. It currently won't let me add pics or write a job summary after two uninstalls and reinstalls. The office even complains because it's so laggy from their computer. Garbage.

Overall, this is an excellent app for managing my techs in the field. They are easily able to log their visits and findings, generate actions for follow-up work, get customer signatures, pick up parts and upload the receipts, fill out required forms, log their time traveling/ working/ paused, and much more. All of their actions are reflected in real-time back to the PC software in the office. The BuildOps support team is fantastic. Every issue I've had has been immediately addressed.

BuildOps is a solid field management tool. It's streamlined the flow of information from the office to the field immensely. We mostly use it for the service side of our business, but have recently expanded to running construction ops through it as well. We've had some experiences with bugs or projects/jobs not properly loading on our technicians' phones, but largely buildops support has been very good at helping us track down the root of the issue.
