New update gives wrong information. It has the wrong book cover pictures for titles I've checked out. It also has listed a title in my checked-out list that I have already returned. Also, I would like to see how many items I have on hold listed in the top banner of my account page. As it is, I have to click the link to see if I have any hold items. Finally, I don't see where my digital checked-out items are listed. I don't like the new app for managing my account.

The app got WORSE. Now it won't let you even know when you have holds in. It just displays that you have zero holds ready even if you've received a call/ text/email that you have items ready for pickup. Its also way slower than the previous version.... disappointing

Don't like the newest update. No longer tells me how many items I have on my Hold list, instead it just lists them all. If I have to log into my account online to get that info, then why do I need the app? Uninstalled.

I wish I could have rated this higher because I love CADL, but the app is horrible. Rather than letting me sign in to my account like it does on the website it makes me type in my library card number, which wouldn't be an issue at all if it didn't freeze every single time I click on the area to enter thr number. Dissapointing.

I love this app. It does everything I need it to, and it does it smoothly. Truth be told, I don't even use my physical library card anymore. If I may make a couple of suggestions: ·Connectivity to MEL - would be nice to not have to go to the web to get things outside of CADL ·Link child accounts - I'm a parent who would like to let my kids check out items on their cards but also have easier access to knowing when they're due back

Useful app but -2 stars for broken notifications. The app will send me notifications only after I've opened the app. At that point I've already viewed the information that the notification contains.

Lately I've been trying to use this app and keeps crashing do to bug it says. I used to use this app all the time. Please fix it

The app is not good at finding audiobooks and serching if the user doesn't know the exact spelling.
