Customer service is horrible. This use to be an affordable app. I don't recommend!

My company was bogged down with paper submission. Between that and getting test submitted just a lot of time wasted. We knew we weren't working at a optimal efficiency, but didn't have a way to fix it. Syncta was that fix not only saving us time but money on the testing and the administration side of the business.

It has had this problem multiple times and every time the only solution is to delete the app and reinstall. When it says I must select at least one test report before combining I am screwed and the app is done.

Used this app for months, now it will not open, says the app has a bug. I've tried restarting my phone to no avail. The message my phone says is try reopening the app once the developer fixes the app.
