Poor app. Actually either the app is not good either the product. Not satisfied at all. Takes ages to connect the shutters to it, then it keeps losing the settings. Already had to rename the rooms 4 times...

My window installer fitted a Dio switch for window shutters. No problems as switch but the switch is only compatible with a 2.4ghz WiFi network. Most modern systems combine speeds, so I cannot connect it to my network. Its now just a dumb switch.

Bad app, no chance to connect the plug to the wifi netwerk.

After bell is activated takes a while before it shows up on your phone. Takes a picture of whoever at the door, but the person must be looking into the camera. Also you can't converse with person. No sound. Waste of money 😔

Until now, app that works properly, no big issue, interface very simple and user friendly, good job performed by the dev team.

The app DOES NOT transmit an alarm message when the door bell is pressed and there is a huuuuge delay of the photo taken after the door bell is pressed. Ticket was opened to support, but no answer.. Disappointed..

Completely useless. Forgets any schedule you create, reverts at midnight to the preprogrammed settings. Doesnt work with IFTTT as claimed. Sending device back for a refund.
