Started reading a book off a Facebook app while stuck in emergency room for 3 whole days. Downloaded and subscribed. Loved the books but the cost is ridiculous for such short chapters. Now I have asked for directions on how to unsubscribe, and was sent instructions to click on things I cannot even find or navigate on app. It's impossible to unsubscribe. I have emailed now and hope to hear back. Don't do it!!!!! Honestly it's sad cause there's so much potential if it was user friendly.

The app is freezing, the stories won't load, and when I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to do what I had already done before contacting them. The app is already updated, my cache is clear from my Google, to the apps cache. I don't know what else to do. I have un-installed and reinstalled. Nothing else can be done on my part. This is annoying. It won't even accept my payment and I have money in my account.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but this I had to. All the books are a great read. BUT!! Would have loved to give it 5 stars, but my God it's costly. Grabs your interest 5 stars. Length of chapters 2 stars. Costs 😱 😱 . I love reading and I sometimes got so caught up in the plots that I kept paying for it without realizing that I had already paid over $100 and can't get to the finished any of the books. It seems like they are 6 books in 1. The twists and turns just got too much for me.

Good app, bad customer support. The app built in support doesn't help and if you email the customer service team, they never respond back. I would like to rate with more stars, but the app development support team doesn't respond back to any communications, I can't overlook that. The main issue is I had to reinstall the app after a factory reset and when I go to login, it just tells me, email is already bound to another account.

Good but not Great. I wish that the book chapters were more easily accessible without having to pay out of pocket. I also wish they would do a complete transfer to free point, what is 60 pts a day going to do? It buys maybe 2 chapters and then there is nothing left for that day unless I find a free book that I find interesting but then you get sucked into another book and your library starts getting stacked up with book you will probably never finish. The books are good, some are really good.

The customer service response is horrible. It's been three days since I got a new phone, and I have been trying to get someone to respond so my old account could be restored. I'm paying a quarterly subscription, and all I get is an automated response from Annie on the app, which doesn't make any sense. I have several reading apps, and this is the only one that doesn't work when you switch to the new phone .

Pulls tricks to steal money from you! They are one of the worst novel apps out there. They charge way more than others THEN they require VIP payment and access just to finish a story after getting through more than half of it! Go to good novel or dreame. EDIT I just had to pay for a second subscription when I was already subscribed! WTH? The first subscription was 14.99 and the second was 9.99 even though I already subscribed, they made me pay for a second one!

I subscribed for a month to try it out buti had to put it on hold. I recently had to switch phones And now I can't access my account. I tried following the direction but was unsuccessful to log in. I even tried to the help but it keeps saying that they are away. Y can you make the login in more easily accessible. Now I lost all my progress. If this is not resolved soon I'm going to have to cancel my subscription and delete the app.
