Very bad and Buggy app. Esp, the "viewed" option. You can't find the profiles that you viewed earlier. It's impossible. Those strict filters never work. And, most of the profiles seems to be fake with no badges. And lastly the app is slow as a snail, it loads forever. The photos uploaded will be cropped up in a weird way. The company should fire the current team and hire a team of professionals to write a proper optimized code and algorithm for better search results.

Total Waste of money. I have paid subscription for 3 months but even after subscription when I search for matches with any criteria, it shows that there are no matches for the given criteria. Everything is publicity stunts and there is no difference if we pay the subscription or not. Money will be lost even after payment without any results.

I find that this app is not using a good software or algorithm, has no AI / ML capabilities, that does not understand grammer, metaphors, interpretations, explanations, characterisation, personality, etc. If it's an app to find the right partners in life, then it needs to be a lot more capable to interpret people's requirements carefully and offers better solutions, that actually get results. It is very disappointing and unreliable.

Searching options are not good. Not user friendly. If you search by name of one person, it shows the other person really disappointed with this app. Another feature added by prime and regular the screen will be like hanged it doesn't move . Really frustrated with this app. I have already gave my feedback but still it's the same results showing.

Considering the number of contacts which can be viewed the prime packages have priced a bit higher. 3 months gold package costs 3658 incl.GST, but you can only view 40 numbers which is quite a very low count for 3 months. I kept informing the agents when they call that the user interface needs to be updated to the latest standards which they have not at all addressed for the past 3 -4 years. Address the feedbacks given by your customers and try to update it and not just call for upgrading.

Worst app, always crashes. Also if I try to delete 1 image from my ID it always deletes 2 images then I want to reupload it and wait for there approval. Partner search option is not accurate. Even though you clearly mention everything in partner preference details, still they will show you partners who's preference not match with yours. You are only paying to view mobile numbers/ email (u can't even chat with someone without there acceptance). So think well before you waste your money on it 😐..

Hi, i have found around several accepted profile so going forward I have paid to reach out all those profile. once I paid and reached all those were declined all in a sudden. i have shocked why all those were declined in a same time. also we are limited to put a request only 150 persons a week. the same members too will decline and some request shows to your request not accepted as per norms like that. then why these shows while searching I don't know. i have completely frustrated about this.

After purchasing 3-month plan with an add-on I faced technical issues on site. The team promised rectification in 1-2 days but took more than a week to rectify after frequent follow ups. When rectified I observed that they updated my profile with another add-on rather than what I asked for. Repeated follow-ups have proved futile and they even stopped responding to emails which had proofs. UI has just recently been improved which was pathetic earlier. (Only positive thing I could say for now)
