I use the biometric login option so I don't need to enter my complex password. Today the app said it occasionally requires users to enter their password. I did so, only for the session to timeout during the code verification process. Signed in again, only to find out it disabled the biometric login. Turning that back on requires you to manually sign in again! So, yes, I had to enter my password three times to turn a feature back on that was never turned off. Abysmal.

Get with this times dev team! Outdated app. No fingerprint option to log in. I don't need to go in here all the time so when I do I forget the password and have to jump through hoops to change it. This app should have a fingerprint log in. I'm done using this app until they get with the time. This app is in the Stone Age.

Multiple emails to you all, and nothing changes when this awful app. Constantly kicks me out and dead links throughout that lead to blank white screens loading. It may be time to do a complete redesign from the start.

This is one of the slowest apps I've ever seen. Initially it takes forever to open, and any navigation within the app takes several lifetimes. I had apps on android 2 that were quicker

2 step verification required yet won't send the code. I close the app try again, no 2 step required. Find care button does not work. Service reps don't do what they say they will. Then you get the wrong type of information from them. Try again and the information is out of date and those doctors don't accept new patients. Info on their website is different from the app. Fraudulent company trying to make it impossible to use their services.

App owner please take action! I already saw a number of reviews with the exact same issue I am having. 1) does not allow auto fill of username password, 2) the fingerprint sign in never works, 3) the performance is unacceptable. App owner, it should be easy to get testers on your side as these issues are widespread. I am using a Pixel 8 Decreasing the rate to 1 star. As it is unusable. I will not reach out to the dev team because all the requirements you need to fix is already above.

Used to be a useful app. However the recent update basically destroyed it. Nothing works right. Especially can't view Claims or they come up so slow it's unusable. As a sw engineer I can tell no testing was done on this update before it went out.

Previously gave incorrect information about "in network" doctors. Now that page is BLANK, whether I try to click on the "find providers" at the bottom of the screen or from the hamburger menu. Just a BLANK PAGE. It EVENTUALLY populated. Horrible insurance, and an even worse app. We've been waiting over 6 months and NO card still?! Gets WORSE AND WORSE. Stay AWAY!
