The largest app on my phone!!! Needs an account but no where to create an account. Found were to enter an account. App is slow sometimes the buttons need a long press to activate. I was able to put in a service request. When I first used the app (shortly after first release) I was not able to submit a service request at that time.

Pretty useless app when you can't create a request. It just crashes. I've tried this app for months and have never had it not crash. It's almost like they don't want people reporting issues 🤔. Everything else works perfect but that 1 feature. Fix it

It crashes when launching the create a request button touched. This has gone on for months, it's a useless app without that ability.
