Apparently, version 2 is not compatible with Pixel 8a and version 1 cannot be used now. I found that out when I got to the charger with 14% battery. If you'll be deprecating a version of your app, first make sure, that you've taken care of your paying customers!

Doesn't work now. Making it work is like pulling teeth. I've charged ~4 times, and needed to move the car to a different charging point twice. Both the app and the on-charger UI are super unintuitive and janky. Really terrible UX. A bad experience allround, but 2 stars because I _was_ able to charge eventually.

absolute joke, have never had an issue with any EV fast charger before but when I tried to use Ionity with their £10 a month premium play the app simply wouldn't work. tried multiple chargers and ended up taking 4 separate £40 payments taking in total £160 which I won't get back for 3 days. called customer support who were unable to help so I had to go fund another charger. They also only have a very small number of chargers meaning we had to drive out of our way to find the charger.

fast charging and cheap at 43p. perfect for me as an airport transfer driver Trying to stop a charge is almost impossible. It takes 10 to 20 swipes to try and stop the charge. Should just be a simple click button

Everything works and works well, but the only thing is reserving £40 every time you charge. I recently did a trip to Amsterdam and had to charge 5 times over 4 days, so I had to outlay £200 to be charged £90 and get £110 back 4 days later. Would it not be better to credit an Ionity account and only be able to use what's in the Ionity account if that makes sense?

stopping charging via the slider SUCKS, sometimes it takes trying for 2 minutes, it cant get dumber than this. had it several times that i was standing at the charging station without connectivity. i want a charging card and the app stuff optional, not as only option to start charging

Sometimes there is a significant delay between charger and app, but usually worked pretty well. The elapsed time in the app during charging is completely off, should be synced feom the charger. The price is currently the best one can get if you cannot charge at home.

To open a route in Google maps, the app tells you to scan the QR code it displays on the screen of your phone WITH YOUR PHONE! Surely the designer of this app can see how that might be problematic - was that functionality ever tested?
