worst experience for ticket booking. No customer support at all. No resolution if you call their customer support number or reach out over email. My ticket got waitlist cancelled and it's been 3 months but I haven't received any refund amount. They are not even replying over the email. Book directly from the IRCTC app instead of this useless app.

One ticket confirmed, one waitlisted – not a smooth experienceI booked 2 tickets through the Confirm Ticket app. One got confirmed, but the other stayed waitlisted. This was never clearly mentioned during booking. It caused a lot of stress before the journey.When I contacted support, they just told me to file a TDR, but that process is not simple or guaranteed. I was not prepared for this kind of issue when booking with a paid service.There should be clear communication when only some tickets.

Terrible Experience – App Fails When You Need It Most! This app is completely unreliable. Every time I actually need to book a ticket or check availability, it either crashes, freezes, or refuses to load. What's the point of a railway ticket app if it doesn't work in critical moments? Support is useless, and the user interface is full of bugs. Total waste of time and data. Avoid this app if you don't want in trouble. apps also show something went wrong when we try to utilise it's refund coupen

This app promised confirmed train ticket if we pay extra. They also said if the ticket is not confirmed, we will get 3x refund. But I only got the ticket price back, not the extra money. No 3x refund — just a coupon for 7 days! They never told us clearly that we won’t get real money. This is not fair. At least be honest with your users. We trusted you. I’m sharing this to warn others — don’t fall for these fake promises. Read everything carefully before paying.

I did not like the confirmTKT app at all. I had 4 tickets which were under travel guarantee but their tickets were not confirmed and I even got the coupon but when I applied for it, they were telling strange conditions.. whereas the coupon was for Rs. 2160...! In the name of travel guarantee, these company people are investing the rest of the money inside.. very bad service.

This is the one of the waste app which I have used in my life they used to deduct your amount after canceling and also they can't provide you a confirm seat after charging 300 per person and they will deduct it and also they don't sent you refund amount also I have cancelled my ticket in may 26th still I didn't get my refund amount 4240 after chasing multiple time worst customer support worst servise. Even 1 rating also more for this app.

very bad service I must say. no proper option to confirm the ticket. somewhere it says id or pss is wrong though all is good to go still not confirming. trying to get in touch with call person but bots are responding and on the top of the cherry no refund note is displayed I lost 1847rs which is too much. I need a clean process without any hesitation to get my money back. I'm not able to go ahead from the window confirmation of ticket. veryyyyyyyyyyy baddddd experienceeeeee it was 😡

I wasted a lot of my money in this app. I've been using this app for more than an year and I've also booked tickets for about 7,8 times. Today I installed a new ticket booking app and then only I found out that I've been fooled. This app charges more amount other than ticket fare-convenience fee, service fee, blah blah blah. I can't believe this happened. About 200 to 300 rupees+ticket fare.Im pretty sure that Ive lost above 1000 rupees because of this app.Im not again using ConfirmTkt app ever.
