Had a certain amount of trouble signing up, in that the space where you enter a password is just a narrow slot and you can't see what you're typing (Android 10). I reluctantly installed this app only because the call centre doesn't really function any more (e.g. it gives incorrect wait times, has poor local knowledge and dispatches inefficiently, or ignores my requests for NO RINGBACK).

I've always had a good service from Andrew's Taxis, always turned up, polite drivers, nice cars. The app is a bit clunky, but Uber is a huge global outfit and the app is their USP. But Uber aren't perfect. In conclusion, I've only used the app a few times, but the cab has always arrived in a reasonable time (10-15 mins) and once a car is allocated you can track its journey to your pick up. So 4* overall. It does the job.

I booked a taxi 5 days ahead to pick up at the end of a wedding. I booked for 12:15am. At 12.15 I got a notification that a driver had been dispatched and would be 25 minutes! It was pouring rain and freezing cold. I called the office and was told actually my cab was 2 mins away (the app said that the driver had changed). We then watched on app as the arrival time kept going up. We waited at least half an hour in the end. Very disappointed. The driver was nice, their organisation is poor.

if you book through this app, then sometimes the company books a taxi, sometimes it does not. the app always indicates it is confirmed. Clearly, back office team is or processes are not reliable. taxi drivers themselves are good despite back office quality. If you could give this app a minus star rating, I'd do. The staff at the call centre is not helpful. The booking on the app is not reliable.

Useless, worthless company. Never turn up, try to charge twice if if do ever turn up! What's the point of pre-booking a taxi for them to call you at pickup saying oh we don't have anyone...complete and utter waste of time! Useless incompetent and down right worthless! I l'd have better experience trying to hitchhike to your destination! AVOID!

i was told they dont answer telephone calls and to use the app, which they did and i set a pick up time of 6.45pm as we only wanted to go 3 miles. They turned up at 7.30pm after many many calls later which made us late for our event. But not only that the driver that took us to our event got lost and we had to show him to the event by google maps on our phone. so all in all a whole hour late plus tried charging us £14 DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!

Tried to register, it said my number is already registered, so I try to sign in where it asks for my email. I type my email and it says I'm not registered! The app, for me, doesn't work but the website is too minimal and doesn't allow troubleshooting alternatives such as a phone number or webchat. Ended up finding their number on another random website, called and no one picked up. I then saw the huge array of 1 star reviews. Can't be arsed, I'll walk!

Can't get into my account after changing phones. Your original sign up process used phone number, but to log in you need to use email. I cannot reset my password not sign in as the email is not on my account, but I also cannot register for a new account as my phone number is already registered. I am now completely unable to access your service. Before making updates like this, you should consider your account structure
