Recent updates make the app more difficult to use. 1. It freezes for ages when you try to send photos to others! 2. It always crashes! 3. It could not work in the background, so you will not get messages from others in time! Just wondering whether we can go back to the old version.

The new update broke a perfectly functional app. Super laggy, crashes constantly, and won't update messages without either getting off of the Wifi or completely force stopping the app. Put it back to the way it was!

7.0 update is trash. . App delays opening and I've lost the ability to keep my groups organized. Send single notifications now per message, versus updating notifications per thread. Fortune 100 company using this service, would be a shame to lose such a big name.

App is soo slow and glitches even when you want to type the keyboard cover the convo and glitches then app crashes too when was the last time you have done bug fixes shocking

Use it to contact my relatives in countries where WhatsApp calling is banned. The only issue is the need for organisational email. Doesn't accept Gmail. So I use some temporary mail and it works.
