Constantly crashes on my phone. Won't even sign me in. Used this app for 4 yrs with very little problems until now. I have un-installed it several times. App still seems to work on the jobsite tablets, but I can no longer check my schedule for errors to be fixed in advance.

Don't bother using the mapping button. It will direct you to a vague area that's located nearby. And it likes to log you out, while it's in background mode. Even if you are away for only 5 seconds. Also when you try to shut the app down,you need to kill it from the settings panel.I have never seen a small app like this give a phone so many issues! I've had less problems with my Origin launcher! Update:now if you go through a tunnel, it loses connection and completely shuts down!

I have never and will never give any app the permission to track me at all times. Apps that use navigation have been a thing for over a decade, and they have NEVER needed to track the users all the time. There's a setting called track when using app, that works fine for tracking.

The latest update is horrendous. The text is smaller, the stop and the options for it now needlessly take up half of the screen, and more buttons have to be pressed to onboard passengers. The app has become a hindrance to efficient bus operation.

There are several mistakes in the navigation button. For example, if you use the navigation button to go to St Luke's Anderson campus, it takes you to St Luke's in Bethlehem. It is also continuously logging me out.So I have to keep checking it while I am doing other things on my phone to log back in to see if i've missed anything.

It's a good app. The "On the Way" feature is causing issues with dispatch and it sometimes logs me out for no apparent reason. A refrest option would be great. To get updates and route changes I must logout and log back in. That wastes time I normally don't have. Hope to see these issues addressed.

Awful,,,I forcibly have to use it,, dangerously inaccurate information about the job,,wrong address "when" mapping is available,provide wrong data about person to be transported,which lead to assignment of wrong vehicle,,,times are off,,mileage is off,,useless as a tool,I most certainly could do without it

This app is horrible...It used to work well but the last 2 weeks or so it won't let me log in and confirm my pickups nor will it let me turn it off...There's gotta be something better...
