Kinda useless app. Account information is not available (only cover period is shown, no details of usage), profile data not possible to see or change. Uploading documents to the claim doesn't work. Loading of the card - also said not possible at the time. I wish DS stopped redirecting to the app (or the Goggle Play when it's not installed) from the Web site on mobile, because site it much more convenient to use than another useless app.

Application is crashing many times. I tried 3 times to submit a claim for reimbursement, and at this moment the app crashed, Again and again. Very not unreliable.

I never give negative feedback, but I have to this time. I give 2 stars and not 1, because I don't want to be concidered and ignored as a hater. Because looks like the developers ignored all the feedback they've got up to this point. The feedback: *I was unable to open the app because it crashed. * I managed to install the app on my old 5 year old phone (so I assume the app was developed back then without any updates) * But having it working is useless anyway *Errors *White screens *Crashes etc

Very bad development. Every page asks for location and password login is also not working. Loading takes loads of time. Can not even search for service. And its still the same. No response on complains.

Takes AGES to load, loads code script instead of the actual HMI text, basically unusable. Have NEVER been able to get anything done on this app.

Wasn't able to complete any action via with app without talking to support even once. Also it take ages to pages to load
