App is fast, adding devices is easy. It's got a nice and intuitive user interface. Why only three stars? I use the app with lightbulbs. While changing the settings (color, brightness) of an individual bulb is easy, the only function available in automated tasks / for more than one bulb at once is on/off. That's not really "smart". Can't say anything about other devices, I only use the app for lightbulbs. If you don't or on/off is the only automated function you need, you'll probably be happy.

the app is non accessible.at times.. Not detecting all of the motion movements. Even recording with SD card is worthless, it keeps on stating to insert SD card when it's already inserted

The app works but it doesn't have email notifications for alarm 400 lte like the old smart home app. Also the push notification of the app in my device (OnePlus 8) has no ringtone no matter what I choose in notification settings of my device. Therefore if something happens I will not be notified unless I see the notification on screen. No sound, no mail.

The app when connecting with a Chuango alarm works nice but there are some small issues that have to be addressed. I sent an email to their support team and I wait for their response (will update after using it for some time)

whenever i try to check the camera always is either offline or takes too long to load, it also buffers whenever you check the camera. when you get a notification you cant check the detection for some reason.

Excellent app, A++ Even though at some point I had an issue with a particular phone (Samsung S22), the support centre of the Dreamcatcher Life, sorted the issue right away. Recommended
