New version ( 10/29/20) took away the " add item" button in the details tab, now it's three ambiguous dots in the upper right corner the then lead to the " add items" button, so another unnecessary step. How this improves Service ridge I do not understand. It's moving quick towards a myriad of unnamed buttons, extra menus, and significant changes without notice or explanation. Some extra menus may help, but EVERY estimate written needs the " add items" button.

I give this app 5 stars for the features and innovative changes that ServiceBridge has made to improve for its customers. I've been using it for around 3 years now and had my fair share of issues. They routinely hold webinars that will show you old and new features that you might not be aware of. Their customer service seems to be better than the average software company. Dont get me wrong, there will be issues from time to time as it is a human created software program. Difference is they want to make the product easy to use and to simplify and speed your workflow.

First time using and it's been about a year. Works well and give alot of information for myself being the supervisor of 5 other coworkers. We have anywhere from 5-10 jobs and up to 15+ a day between us. Being able to see when jobs are started, finished and communication in between is very helpful. Need to work on the android picture zoom though....😬

We've been using SB for about 5 years. It has it's limitations, but we manage to make it work. Has some good dispatch functionality but there are many things I would like to change about it!

We are forced to use this by our parent Co. We have to pay for it $100 per person per month which is a complete rip off. Its biggest problem is when i show up to someones house to log in to the job, it immediately shuts down and i have to log in 2 times. Out of the 5 jobs i go to for the day 3 of them will do this random shut down. I have to waste 3 to 4 minutes for it to work again. It often brings up the wrong address for the maps. Ive gone to the wrong house. 500 is not enough to do all isus

Would have been nice if some notice were given that any pictures added to an estimate are now unable to be deleted, or changes made in their order once uploaded. Be careful folks. Wasn't an issue until the 3/23/23 update.

app works well. doesn't seem to be glitchy. wish there were a way to view previously completed jobs and custom forms on the mobile app instead of having to use computer to access web site.

I think there should be an option to look at daily route for the week. Like click daily route and then select the day you want to see. It would make life so much easier.
