One of the very very bad thing of this app and site ....if you out of country you can not use this to even pay your DTE bill.....what if someone is out for few months and not setup auto payment.... Another thing this needs password every time new upgrade to the app....really ...hire better IT guys

The app freezes CONTINUALLY. Doesn't allow the app to show any information on the account. You've got a real software glitch that's been going on for a couple weeks. Thought by now you'd be aware. The "new look" software ain't doing it.

DTE is ripping people off I have one unit for air and heat it's on one level all year round summertime it was running more than it is in the winter time I'm paying just a hair under $300 for a very very small one-bedroom apartment which I'm hardly even here so nothing's on while I'm gone 😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It does not have biometric. Many of the things on the website are not available in the app, including which payment method you're using for auto pay. The combination of those two things makes the app pretty useless.

The app is frozen on a screen that only says the word payments. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app without improvement. When working it is very convenient. Please fix this

I have been using this app for a couple of years to strictly pay my bill. I do not use any other features. I have not had any issues until last month (07-23) where it would crash when I attempted to pay my bill. Message = "the app has a bug." I downloaded the update, same result. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. It worked. Here we are in Aug. and the same thing. I haven't uninstalled/reinstalled it again yet. Came here looking for other customer experiences. Please fix.
