You can't upload photos from device unless they're taken with the app, even if moved into the ecompliance photos folder. Can't upload pdfs from device. Can only upload 1 photo at a time on pc. App re opens when switching between apps, forcing it to re-sync, which is painfully slow. Not all drafts saved on app appear on PC. Will recommend management to go another direction.

Don't waste your time and money. The app constantly drops forms before they make it to the dashboard. Utterly useless from a safety audit perspective. Support is terrible, have submitted many screen recordings showing app constantly crashing, forms not submitting, etc and then am told only one support ticket exists. Wish I had read the reviews before we invested in this product as it does not streamline anything and creates frustration in safety reporting.

Notifications are turned off but yet I get an email EVERY morning at 5:45 telling me that my company has uploaded documents for me to read. The settings on the app suck and there should be a way to better manage notifications such as silenting them and only showing notification dot and being able to stop receiving emails. Had to report it as spam to stop getting my early morning emails!

I am trying to upload a photo from my library from my Samsung and it won't work. Nothing happens when I hit the button to upload from my library. I have allowed all permissions for the app. I saw the suggestion to go into my privacy to access files and media to so I can allow it, but it says there are no apps denied and no apps allowed so the app isn't trying to access it.

Poorly Optimized App. Long load times and even longer upload times. Last upload took 5 minutes and app has to remain open and onscreen to complete upload. Would highly recommend not using especially for proper tracking. Much better applications available.

Have to use this for work, it's a an abusive front for data gathering and dataset training. At no point should captcha be 15-20 sets long multiple times every single time you need to log or do anything that requires verification. It's very apparent besides milking the companies ,YOU are the product.

Many features broke when I updated my phone to Android 11. Can't open camera anymore. Tried to send in-app feedback, but it couldn't open the mail app.
