All is good except have now twice needed to uninstall and reinstall the app due to frozen stats. First time the home screen items froze so that I couldn't se the past days stats for any of them and now also sleep stats show same stat since October 28th (now it is Nov 14th and will reinstall the app and hope it solves this again.. Will loose all the data and that sucks of course). This time the sleep stats in home screen is working and the drill down from there, but all other drill downs doesn't

I recently purchased a smart ring, and I am very pleased with your app. However, there are a few minor issues that, if addressed, would greatly benefit me and other users. It would be excellent if the heart rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen measurements were not automatic, allowing for manual measurements whenever desired. Additionally, the smart touch feature is quite interesting, but it would be fantastic if users could have more customization options.

This app has a lot of potential. One of the most serious design flaws is that the graphs do not auto-scale and there is no way to adjust the scale. For example the blood oxygen graph goes from 0 to 100 on the Y axis despite my lowest never going below 92%. This makes all my values look almost unchanging despite having a lot of relative changes throughout the day. The heart rate graph and body temperature graph have similar issues.

I work shift work, so was hoping the sleep tracking would be more helpful. Could you guys look at doing something about the fact that it only seems to notice sleep during normal sleep hours? Its currently pretty useless for people who have occasional sleep periods during the day. Everything else is pretty good, although the exercise forms could be expanded to include things like rowing. But for an app that doesnt require an ongoing subscription - pretty damn good.

Great app a good smart ring 💍 👌. Does all the functions of the more expensive rings. App is always updated with better readings on health, sleep, and exercise.
