Great app! Although I'm not a Senior (16-years-old), I really adore the simplistic layout of Elementique. The one and only thing I can think of that needs some fine-tuning, is the Internet browser. EDIT: Changing this to 4 stars because the app becomes unusable without paying to own it permanently. Great app, but I wouldn't buy it. If it were free, I'd always use it.

Purchased for my 92yo Mum who is a new Android user because she needs an app for a captioned telephone service for the deaf. 1. Great launcher for her. There is no way she could use Samsung's Launcher. She would be accidentally swiping up and down and wondering why the screen keeps changing! 2. Lack of customizability is understandable to keep things simple, but being deaf the Phone and Radio tiles are useless to her and it would be nice to be able to choose other apps to go there. 3. She can use the simplified email client, which is great. I don't think she could use the GMail app. Can't send to multiple recipients which is a shame. I think there are some issues around inline image handling in messages. Overall, a very well thought out simplified interface that suit's my Mum very well.

Interesting. I installed it because it looks similar to a senior computer that my MIL almost bought. (computer was a rip-off and we told her not to buy) She would probably love this interface, but might need a new phone to install all the pieces. I will keep this in mind. Wish I knew how to install apps so they were part of the default software. I can see her accidentally uninstalling the phone, and being very confused.

Too cumbersome and no portrait mode. Lack of customization to simplify. Must use install a bunch of there other apps that asked questions that my Mom would still fing confusing. I could not get to display in portrait. Email app was awful. Nice try, but needs lots of work.

Comprehensive UI, but getting information requires too many clicks, e.g., would be nice if upcoming appointments from calendar was available on home screen

before downloading,, see other comments /reviews first.... bad app ,u need to install other app before u can use this app,,waste of data,very hard to activate byour settings,,,for an older person hard to use

Dont do it. They let you install everything then ask for 10.99 to keep using it.
